New Painting

22" x 10"
Oil on gessoed watercolor paper

Well, here is something different for me. I actually started this painting at a workshop with Bob Burridge - gee, maybe a year ago, maybe more. I hauled it out and am reworking it - I think it may be nearly finished. I may rename it too - but "Joyland" will do for today.

  1. This is a fabulous painting. I don't exactly know why and I don't mean in a weird way, you have great talent. But there is something more in here that I can't put my finger on that sings to me.
On an other note I noticed you are in San Marcos and I am in Spring Valley I have been participating in DSFDF for a few months now and am happy to find a local.
I loved your thoughts on your dream Jan 6 . The idea of doing pieces about hymns sounds like such a great God project. Happy R.Garriot tagged you
